Ill post this here to as I am unsure where it goes.

I have a snapon kra2411 and today I noticed the top big 48" draw rubs the top frame piece on the box. Now there are scratches on the top of my draw. Box is only 3weeks old. I contacted my snapon rep, waiting to hear back but I was wondering if there are slide adjustments or maybe someone has seen this and knows what to do. I did have the draws out when I moved the box into my pick truck. could the slide shift and have to be reseated. any advice would be great full. Thank you

Ill post up pics in am when I get back to work. I dont remember the box having these issues till I pulled the draws out. Ill check and make sure the slide is seated correctly. Or the slide could have went bad. I do know when I open it the top draw seems to get caught up and doesn't open smoothly.

I'd guess its only going to keep digging in and doing more damage. I'd be pretty frustrated. Can't help you, but I'm curious as to what Snap On does about it.

Ahhh auto type on iphone. Not biggie. My new drawer will be here monday. I hope it fixes it. My snapon guy said he thinks the drawer is bent. Or one of the slides. Its not worring me anymore. Im upgrading to a epic 78". Its too small of a box already.

The slides may not be seated on the box. Try opening the drawer and putting a good amount of force down on it. Just did this today with a brand new epic, drawer slides weren't seated all the way from the factory.

When I pull down on the lip it dosent rub. Would it be easier to take draw out and tap the slides down?

You could try that, i've never done that though. Generally pushing down on the drawer will seat them. Your slides and drawer may not be the culprit, you could have a messed up box.

How can I tell if theslide on the box end is not seated right?. And should I push on the side of the drawercloser to the slides. I was thinking of taking a punch to themm.

New drawer and slides fixed the rubbing. At least they sent me a new one and it didn't take too long either.

I had this exact thing happen to my KRA5311. My Rep told me the drawer folding jig was off approx .040" on the left side of the 48" drawer. I managed to get a whole new box since the problem was not known at the time my box was having the issue. My rep said I was lucky because now they just warranty the top drawer. Sounds like you may have had a similar issue. There were 3 other people in my rep's area with the same issue.
