SnapOn ratchet question

Can a dual 80 rebuild kit be put in a standard ratchet? Thanks!

Well, that *****. I bought a newer soft grip locking flex head on ebay and thought it was a dual 80, witch is what I wanted. It ended up being a stand 36 tooth, I waned to make it an 80 tooth.

It can't be that new . As snapmom said, no crossover.

Was it listed as a Dual 80, or did the "36" in the part number just get overlooked?

He means the metal part. Pop the metal ratchet out of the soft grip handle and put the dual 80 in.

Would be easier to just get the Dual 80 version in my opinion.
