Snapon Slots N Dots storage system

When I got my toolbox it came with this sheetmetal hutch/riser and frankly I don't really know what to do with it. After a little research I'm thinking this may be the slots n dots system. If so, where can I buy brackets to turn that back panel into workable storage?

the dots should use peg board stuff and snappy sells all the brackets for the slots

I just updated post with a pic. Mine doesn't have the dots, just the slots it appears. Do you have a link to the brackets on the snapon website? I couldn't turn anything up.
