Hey , i am wondering if anyone has any insight into why only metric sockets are on special , im 22 and been filling out my sets with snap on . so far ive taken advantage of the buy one get one free on the metrics and bought 2 sets which netted me 4 sets , then the buy the sockets get the ratchet free and i bought another metric . so i now have the 3/8 deep in 6point and 12 point , the 3/8 shallow in 6point and , 1/4 drive deep 6 point and 12point . I only have two three sets of the american though . 6 point and 12 point 3/8 deep , and a 1/4 drive shallow 6 point . i guess i wonder does anyone know why there not as many deals on sae sockets .

Its all about the volume of sales. There is nowhere near the same demand for SAE tools nationwide that there is for metric.
