Yea, I see you pick up SO toolbox scores all the time on here. I'm not as lucky. My favorite is the last one you picked up, I think the $125 one. I posted up my best SO toolbox find a while back, an old box from the 50's. You said you had at least one identical to it. I would restore it and use it but it has bent friction slides. I tried to straighten them but it didn't seem to help much. I now want to install ball bearing slides in it. I just realized I hijacked my own thread and am way OT so I'll create a new thread. Reply to it if you have any ideas or suggestions as to where I can find BB slides in the correct width/length.This past year, I purchased 3 used Snap On boxes, and I never paid a lot for them. From a low of $15 to a high of $125.
