It looks like a Snap-on UT22

A week ago I emailed and asked about the COO, he said he assumed they were USA, I told him that it would be lightly engraved somewhere on the box, he told me he couldn't see any markings.

Best thing is go take a look.

Snap on makes on like that but so do other companys. I could be wrong but I don't think coo is Usa.

it is a snap on box i have the same one it is a ut22 (got at a yard sale for $5), the older ones are made in canada or usa and are stamped on the bottom of the box with only ut22 and coo not snap on, the newer ones are made in china.
