On the way back from a clients today I decided to take a break and stop an an enclosed Flea Mall. One vendor had this SnapOn Train set. I grabbed a photo with my phone.

I think there were 3 or 4 box cars and the engine. For the tool guy that is a train guy it would be cool

I don't know if anyone on here are model train buffs, but it is a shame that the company went with the life-like brand. I was never fond of the products.

I was a Snap-on dealer back in the 80's & 90's and recently got rid of lots of collectables including a train set. Those sets came with 36" circle of track, power pack, engine and a few cars. The quality was nothing special but were a cool collectable. I hoarded it along with quite a lot of other stuff for many years and figured it was time to off it.

how much were they asking?
I want it.

I think the tag said $44 but it was hard to read. This is the phone number of the Flea Mall, 252-636-1855, the folks there could tell you. Tell them it was on display near the front of the store on the left side as you face the building.

It looked new in the box but I have no idea if all the parts and pieces are there.
