I have Snapon CT310 3/8" cordless that doesn't respond with every trigger pull

With what it must have cost, I would swap it for a new one, if possible.
If not, there's probably a dirty or deformed contact behind the trigger. Either cleaning, bending, or replacing with a generic part would probably take care of it. Could be a loose connection to the contact too.

I just sent my 4410 in to be rebuild, she was getting pretty week. My dealer was kinda surprise I bought in '08. I was quoted about $125.
