Top chest is a KRA63A, bottom is most likely a KRA380 (revision D or higher).
I really liked my KRA63. It was missing the pop up pallet but I never needed it anyway. Those have a super deep top till (like 7" deep) which was nice. Good heavy duty boxes and I wish I would have kept mine. I sold the top for $250 and the bottom for $200. They were beat up.

I think 1k is on the high side for that set. I just sold my old SO chest, cabinet and service cart today for 550. My top box was a KRA59 and the bottom was a KRA380C , same as the one in your pic. For some reason my CL ad is not showing up in my account so I cant delete it, but here is the set I sold this AM.
