I acquired a good deal CL toolbox bujt had two set of drawers needing new BB slider. Found the SO truck, told her my box number, gave her the two bad sets, 2 weeks later I was happy to have replacements. Happy at this point, two nights ago I finially go to put the box back together and when the sides are installed the drawer doesn't fit, as if thesnew slides are too thick and not enough clearence for the drawer. I have a KRA 761 and I wonder if she replaced them thinking it was a KRL761. Am I going to have a hard time awapping them out again. Just fustrated I still can't use my toolbox. They are marked Heavy Duty drawer set with a PN. Should I try SO Customer Service instead? Thanks
