SO Ethos Plus?

Anyone played with one yet? Never had anything more than a code reader, but now I'm a full time tech I need something with a little more power, this appears to be a good first scanner. I work at a high volume tire shop that does service as well, so the TPMS and maintence reset features are appealing to me, however I have most recognized by now

So what's the word on this? And Yes I know about the OTC Genisys and what not but that's not really feasable in this current situation.

No experience with the ETHOS, but have used the old SO red brick, modis, and versus, OTC Genisys, and couple other OTC and Mac scanners. I prefer SO over other scanners, especially the Versus. That thing is BA.

Depending on how involved you get with diag and needing bi-directional controls, the ethos may or may not be for you. If you think you may get into needing those features in the future, I would recommend a solus pro or solus ultra. Otherwise, the ethos does a good job at what it is intended to do.
