Had a friend over Wednesday and Thursday.

On Wednesday we converted one of his RC rock crawlers to IFS. This is something I did to mine while staying in the hotel and a few people have done the IFS conversion since.

A couple of the local guys wanted to build IFS rigs like mine but you have to buy two different kits to build what I built.

Wednesday we converted one and took pictures of the whole process.

Thursday we set up a live feed on Ustream so folks could watch.

Here's a panoramic shot from the iPhone taken Wednesday. I'm at the bench working on the conversion.

Installed the spot lights I used at our old place here.

It's much nicer at night without the fluorescent on. Fewer bugs.

I saw this thread maybe a year ago and wanted to check back in to see the radio build. But for some reason all the pics aren't working. Is there a way to get it fixed? I really would like to read over this post again. Thanks.

I pulled the image URLs from Facebook. Seems they have done an update that has changed the URLs. I'll have to go through all the posts.

I've been out cleaning and working on the bikes today.

My daughter decided to get hers out and work on it. She had left it outside and it started getting some rust.
