so i called SK customer service...........

and got a real LIVE person. i called last thursday and today ups dropped a box on my doorstep with my new head kits in it. the lady on the phone said that around the end of april they should have distributors set up for tools and warranty exchanges.

I got a return email from them yesterday saying they will send out a repair kit for one of my ratchets, actually they said " I would be happy to send out a repair kit". I'm looking forward to getting the kit. I didn't get my hopes up so when they emailed me back I was happy and will be super happy if a package shows up at the door! Hopefully they keep up the great customer service.
