The signs kinda cool. What did you use and how did you make it.

It's a piece of light gage galvanized. The letters were stenciled, and punched with a hammer and center punch. Letters were then "painted" with muriatic acid. I bent up a 5/8" offset around the perimeter of the sign, and might back it with some plywood.
