I was at the fleamarket this past weekend and I started talking to another guy at a table about tools and he stated how much stuff he had, I thought he was just bull shi--ing and he said he wanted to sell some stuff. My brother and me went and checked it out today and somebeotch he was not lying!!
He has 2, 2 car garages filled with snap on rollaways also filled with snap on, mac, and matco tools and when I thought I had seen it all he showed us the basement!!! He said he buys out retiring tools dealers and techs!!
If there is a tool heaven then I have seen it!!! He made my tools look like a wellfair case!!!:(

It just shows you the addiction is a serious problem in so many peoples lives; we are not alone! LOL!
Its also bad when some people have expendable income and the stuff can pile up fast!

I had a millionaire nerdy NASA engineer type guy show me his shop, he got all his money by having some patent on some crazy rocket science who knows what invention; he had tons of toys: ZR1 Corvette, old school turbo charged Honda motorcycle, flat track racing car, lathes, boring machine, (holy ****) even had a flow bench, machine to polish cranks, valve resurfacer, bead blast cabinets, so many other tools, along with lots of rare big block head worths thousands on shelves, it was a little too much to handle... and so many other things I was blown away! A man with a addiction to tools and expendable income... is a deadly combination! This guy actually was into building big block racing engines and could pretty much rebuild anything with all the machine shop equipment he had at his shop. Now if I only knew how run all those machines, much less know how to port heads or do all the mods he knew how to do; man, that would allot of fun!

Hey Wrenchr, what was he selling, and did you buy anything? So did he just figure that once he had 10 of everything he would start selling off the "extras"? :)
