Mine says "Made in USA."
It's a great gun. I would buy another.
As for losing a union job, the writing has been on the wall for years. My personal opinion is that people are lucky to have had those jobs for this long. I live in Michigan, I am
somewhat
familiar with union jobs (ALL of my relatives worked in the auto industry at one time or another). They are disappearing... you can kick, scream, piss and moan, but the simple fact is that the unions are a dying breed. Too many agendas, too much politics, and all too often, the little guy on the bottom of the totem pole - you know, the one who works his *** off but doesn't have that "magical" seniority - gets royally screwed.
This is all coming from someone who belongs to a union... and who does not feel that he has been very well supported by it. But that's a whole other thread.
