And its even blue! I just couldn't see dropping that kind of money on a box right now. But it would be way up there in my top choices of boxes (dream list).

IIRC there is a seller on ebay that has them for like $9500 new. I'll have to see if I can find it.

i worked with a guy that had one, but had lockers on both ends, and an older double bank SO. both with SS tops, and full of brand new tools.
he nearly crapped his pants when they dont him to load up and get out.

wow!! do you don't mind to tell as why they told him to load up and get out?

managment finally got tired of him doing what he wanted, when he wanted, and constantly complaining about doing anything at all. second guessing diagnosis's, excessive time posted to tickets, long lunches, excessive time on the tool trucks, on and on and on.....

i was glad to see him go

"i have a kid and need the money" = I purchased something I can't afford and need to get rid of it to pay bills.

I hope the dummy takes a huge hit on selling that thing.

I just don't get this obtuse thing? Why the heck just not get 2 6" boxes. What the hell could possibly be the advantage of having a box this long? Harder to move, less options for placement and limited resale value I assume. Also seem you can buy 2 used 8" footers used ad still be way ahead of what people seem to ask for thses silly things.

Well even with 2 6 inch boxes, I just can't get much in there.

Add the extra 2 inches for the 8 inch boxes...still not much room.
