SO New mini Hard Handel set

Anyone see these? There the new mini hardhandel and pick set. It comes in a soft pouch with a bluepoint mirror and magnet. Snap on is charging 114$ for this 10 piece set, but of course people are selling these on feebay for upwards of 170$!!! I believe the part# is SDMINI10R for red O for orange set. There is a green set but not listed on website yet. The only thing I don't like is that the screwdrivers have non knurled shaft like the old ones had.

eBay or on your dealers truck. They will not be a regularly stocked item at this time. I already put in my 2 cents about that. Good little set to have.

I'm sorry I'm using my phone so I can't post a pic. But look on eBay there popping up everywhere. Yes they look like the old style minus the knurled shank

Has anyone got these yet? Kinda curious about the handels. In some pics they look very smooth. The old ones have sort of lines in them than give a nice feel,and the logos look like there painted not stamped.

I actually have a green set but I haven't picked them up from my fathers house yet. A green set just sold today on eBay for 71$. The guy got a great deal

Yes and the way the name is written oh the handle is the same way the new regular size hard handles are done. It is not engraved, it appears to be lasered on.

How are you getting a backorder date on the SO Web site? When I add SDMINI10R, etc. to the cart the availability shows zero with no backorder date.

I have the same issue with the PWCS7, PWCS7O, PWCS7CF, etc. wire stripper. SO Order Entry tells me one thing while the Web site shows something else.

Your dealer is trying to fleece you!! Might consider dropping him like a bad habit and going with another SO dealer that is trustworthy!

I can agree there. Nothing to write home about unless you are a serious collector. I sold mine on eBay started at .99 and went for 239 for top and bottom. Mine was green and the very first one on.

I thought it was a pretty sweet deal since one of my ratchets was discounted too(traded in a free FX 80 from a previous promo).
I dont even have a place for a mini box in my room. I dont really collect tools. However, I do have a small collection of pink ratcheting screwdrivers.

Pink is pretty rare. My wife has pink plier set, tape and ratcheting driver. Mother day promo. gotta love the promos with trade ins. Trade up is good

Your guy is definitly upcharging as alot of ppl on eBay. I got it for 100 shipped on eBay. I haven't seen them yet but I have a feeling I'm not gonna like em lol

Oh and I don't like how the shank is non knurled. I have a set of yellow mini hard handels that I'm gonna compare them too

Tarpley, it's pretty beat up...bought it used, has some engravings in the handle.
I keep it with my lock stuff for removing E-clips and such.
