What is the story on these? When were they made/sold? Were all teams represented?

I have seen a few different teams on ebay, and was wondering how hard it would be find a specific team.

They are at least older than 7 years old because it was before I was a dealer that they were available. I would guess that due to licensing issues that all teams were available to order. I have no idea what current ebay availability on specific teams would be. I have never seen one in person.

(Hanks chadster. I've seen a few on ebay. There is a dallas cowboys one up there now in great condition. I would love to find a Colts one but I'm not holding my breath.

About 2 or 3 years ago, there was a guy on Ebay who had them all. He even had all of them in the photo.

The only ones I have seen individually were the Colts, Vikings and Green Bay...

I know that guy.. he's based out of canada and runs a nice car audio/law enforcement install shop..

he made a killing when he sold all of them off. I was waiting to bid on a Steelers one but forgot. Luckily my father found me another one as you really don't see them often.

I got a packers version for Christmas in '98 or '99.

First quality tool I got, favorite too. (I dont care for football, FWIW)

I have seen them on ebay off and on.

In the late 90s there was the last NFL one on the truck for ~30 dollars so I purchased it. I liked that it was a different color so I could identify mine.

Bump. There are 49ers, Cowboys, Giants, and Steelers ones on eBay right now. Still no Colts though. :( Seen a few over the past year, mostly Cowboys and Giants, but I can't remember ever seeing 4 at once.

If they were over 13 years ago, snap on could have probably skipped making Colts ones and nobody would have cared. I don't remember too many Colts fans around in those days, let alone ones that wanted their snap on screwdriver. This will probably be one of the most rare as well as being one of the most sought after now.

I know it is likely futile, but I know that they were made. I have seen a picture floating around online of all 30 teams at that time in one place.

If they are that old I doubt they ever made a Panthers one. At this point of the year I don't think I would want one anyway. :(

There is a guy selling some on the classifieds.
$70 is a little high for me personally.
Also, didn't those stickers that had the team logo on those always come off like the Harley Davidson ones did?

Yeah, the little plastic/gel emblems like to come off (just glued on).

I think somthing like JB weld would work to fill the void.

The giants one has the old Logo on it that reads GIANTS. Not the NY. Oh well.

I'm sure most of us could find a product to keep them on, but they do fall off. In fact the emblems are like a 1/8" thick bubble sticker. They really **** IMO. I saw some at a NOS snap on auction a couple weeks ago and decided then and there that I would never buy one.
