I screwed up and damaged a drawer edge trim piece on my SO KRL1022. I couldn't find anything on their website so emailed them. Within about 15 minutes I had an email reply with a P/N and price. I placed the order over the phone and SO waived the shipping. Later I found out I needed a special crimping tool to install this piece of trim. I call SO and they answered immediately and told me that tool is only available from the OEM and gave me the contact info. I call the OEM and they say they don't sell to end users. I email SO again and tell them about the runaround. I immediately get a response from Michell and a phone call telling me she'll arrange a special drop ship of this tool. I place the order and get an instant email acknowlegement.
In this day and age of ignored emails and worthless customer support, SO was truly exceptional!!!
