SO tool Box draw won't open fully

Hey Gang,

I have a KRL-1032 tool box

And I have two draws that won't seem to open fully to the rear. they stop a few inches short and I haven't looked closely but it appears to be the rails on one side of the draws holding them back. Anybody experience this before? is there an adjustment in the rails?

Try pulling a little harder, the bearing slides sometimes get out of place for full extension. I have had this happen on all brands of tool boxes and cabinets before.

it is common as it need wear and use it a lot then it will open to full extensions. my tech friend has KRL1032 like you has. it act same what you have problems. i told him to put more tools on it and wear it a lot then it will work better... it is rated to hold 500 lbs but he only has 100 lbs on it...

Grab the drawer pull with both hands and pull the drawer all the way out; you'll feel some resistance at first but keep pulling until the very back edge of the drawer is flush with the front of the drawer above it.

By doing this you're extending the slides until they reach their fully extended stops.

Now push the drawer all the way in and pull it all the way out again; you'll find that it fully extends easy this time.
