I have a digital 3/8 I picked up a few years back. Its giving me the Error when I turn it on now. Is it worth it to get it repaired. I dont know too much about them, I bought it off a buddy.

I don't really use a 3/8" torque wrench often, so I probably wouldn't bother, but if it was the 1/2", than yeah, fix it, much cheaper than buying a new one. I think they run in the rang of up to 400.00 new.

Mine was doing the same thing awhile back... cleaned the battery terminals, a little dielectric grease and fresh batterys and it works like a champ again. If its really fubared though, you can send it in to snap on and they will repair it for a flat rate. Just a fraction of what it would cost new.
