To my knowledge, the only catch is it isn't made here, and won't hold as much weight as some higher boxes. Much better then most of what can be found locally though, I am still considering one in the future.

These are the Chinese made International boxes. They generally are sold in the $1100 range and usually include at least one side cabinet. Any International box with the letter "N" in the model is from Asia. An International box made in Canada or the USA will cost over 3x the price.

I can't say if there is a quality difference since I have seen neither box, but I did consider the Canadian made version (SPG/International) prior to buying my GRAY Tools box.

Chinese made. Exactly how would you warranty it from an online vendor? Exactly what is covered under the 5 year warranty? Is it one of those combos that needs to remain stationary to prevent leaning? It could provide you years of great service. Then again, it might not.

5 years is not THAT great, even. The Craftsman Pro boxes come with lifetime warranty.

Does anyone know where the C-man Pro boxes are made? I thought maybe USA or Canada. I believe Waterloo makes them.

Are they made to the same specifications for material and construction? And, is the labor the main/only difference?

Like I said in my response: "I can't say if there is a quality difference since I have seen neither box, but I did consider the Canadian made version (SPG/International) prior to buying my GRAY Tools box."

I would need to see the spec sheet to make that determination. When I considered buying one of my main criteria was made in Canada or the USA.
