I've read the forums. What's the most affordable but durable, lasting product for a regular hobbyist trying to do some work in my garage? I saw the Costco stuff, the U-Coat, etc. What's the verdict?

I have epoxy now. I love it, but I do minimal welding/grinding work on it.

Epoxy is great, but it's all about the concrete prep.

If you have a heavily stained garage, I'd look at VCT. That's what I'm planning for my next house.
