Socket box identification

Hello
Has any one any idea what make this old socket box is?
I assume its a UK maker but not Britool?

Winch: NO CLUE here and i own several of those sort of tool or socket boxes. most of mine have a name stamped or a label on the inside of the top so if yours isn't totally gone or rusted out you might clean it up and find some evidence to post.
