I use mostly 12 x 12 magnetic panels for my sockets. I have four of them. I like being able to arrange how I like. I found they are not great for 1/4 sockets so I use matco socket rails like their sets come one. The sets that came with metal trays, I kept them in those.

Can you tell me who makes these socket racks?

I bought them at Princess Auto. They are PA's house brand - "Power Fist". From memory, the large ones are just under $20 and the small ones are about $12.

here's mine, nothing too special, i feel a re-arrange with custom holders or foam coming when it warms up. need some more space in my box and dont want to buy another.

do not have pics of mine as just fitting into a new tool box, but for me, i like all my like tools together... example.... all 1/4 sockets, extensions, ratchets(air and hand) together... same for all other drive sizes..... just makes it faster to grab the stuff you want without more drawers open than need to be... ialso have a special drawer just for the allen and torx and other specialty fasteners.... and seperate dramers for any bits and cordless tools

i also use the Lisle flat socket holders with short and deep sides... magnetic in center, easy to grab and less time guessing which size a fastener is.... also a lil more universal for different style sockets

I have 3 socket drawers her is 3/8 and 1/2 my 3/4 and 1/4 as well as crowfoot are in different drawers.
You can't see a few sets of sockets due to angles because the drawers don't come out far enough to expose them all but there is at least shallow and deep 6 point impact metric standard and swivel as well as at least one mid length chrome and chrome 12 point as well as low profile 12pt sae and metric. I need a new box badly but am not ready to spend the money. I would love one big drawer to fit all my sockets.
