Socket ID

Hi,
Hope all had a good Memorial Day Holiday.
Recently picked up an Indestro 1452 Socket Set. It had a small socket that I've not seen before. My guess is it's for removing a stripped head or nut. I'm wondering if that is the case and is there a name for this type of socket.

Yes, I think that's a rounded fastener remover.
At least that's what I've done with the ones in the sets I've had!
