They’re JDM Toyota tools, but it’s not hard to get them ordered and forwarded over here using one of the services offering that.

See my post deep into the Tools of Japan thread for details.

Such as? I've never ordered anything Toyota from Japan. Could a local dealer order them? I did a quick Google search but I'm not familiar with any of these websites.

Look up my posts on those Vessel drivers and other Toyota JDM tools in the Tools of Japan thread. All the details you need are there.

Doesn't look like they are available anymore on the website you linked that thread. Those parts numbers also don't seem to exist anywhere on the internet, in the USA.

Not worth the hassle, which is too bad because I'd buy them if I could.

No worries.

The JDM parts supplier/shipper I've used works best by sending them an email with the part numbers desired (from any Japanese supplier, not just Toyota). They'll respond promptly with a pro-forma invoice including shipping for one's approval if the parts are available. Hassle is a relative term, of course, but I found https://jp-carparts.com/ super easy to work with.

My Gen 1 Tacoma sports a 4WD sticker from a 70-series Land Cruiser. Another Toyota p/n not available in the USA sourced through those guys.

That was the website I checked earlier and found nothing. But this is ringing a bell. I think I've done this before.
I remember the absolutely stupid frustrating convoluted process of trying to buy something from them.
But whatever, I sent them an inquiry anyway. See what happens.

@4xdog Do you know if there are other sizes beyond 10mm for those green Vessel drivers?

I saw a post you made with other sizes, but I can't find it and I don't think they went above 10mm.

The drivers are $25 but shipping is going to be $35 for the 8mm and 10mm. Figure I might ask them about adding other sizes and see if shipping stays the same.

I’ve only found the 8mm and 10mm Toyota/Vessel Megadora nut drivers, @AJHD. And that’s after quite a bit of reviewing Toyota workshop tools available worldwide. I don’t believe there are other sizes.

But if you’re interested in Toyota-branded tools, be sure to run a search for my other posts in the Tools of Japan thread. There are pix and p/n details for Vessel Megadora screwdrivers (- and +), a small Vessel +(P00) driver, a nifty 16 oz ball pein hammer, a 36T 3/8” Toyota-imprinted KTC ratchet wrench, and probably some other stuff. (I’m not sure I’ve posted the Toyota-branded Kajima 2m tape measure, for example.)
