Ricky Joe is correct. It is a Duro Chrome manufactured wartime toolset featuring D-I sockets. I have some of the complete sets. I believe that these are 41-W-2997 Socket Wrench Sets that appear in a Navy catalog.

Other than the 7/16” socket actually being 1/2” drive (which I think is a typo) the catalog description is spot on to the original contents of the set.
