I'm looking for a set of 1/2" drive deep well six point sockets in standard and metric. I thought Sears would have them but cannot find a C-man set that fits those specs. Anyone know if Sears has them just not on their website?

Any other recommendations? I prefer USA made but really can't justify $100 bucks for 10 or 11 sockets. Thanks.

You might try Satco Supply?

They sell NOS, mostly USA-made Truecraft sockets fairly cheap.

The theft rate on the tools is high due to a liberal return policy & the ease of resale.

yea that is true...didnt really think about that... but EVERYTHING is locked up...if i can walk out of there with a 1/2" drive digital torque wrench or a 1" 1/4 combo wrench...i should be allowed to keep it lol...theres no way ud get out with those

Thanks for the info guys. I used the narrowing search feature at Sears.com and their sets never came up, just SK and Gearwrench. I'll take a look at the truecraft also.

In college I worked in a Lowes/HD type place. We had chainsaws shoplifted!

Biggest thief turned out to be the night janitor. He would have a friend come by about 2am and they would put 3 or 4 power tools in his car each time until he finally got caught. Stole thousands of dollars in merchandise to sell at flea markets and spent a total of one night in jail.

He was caught about two years later after stealing over 100 VCR's from his new employer.

Thieves will just walk out with the item like it's theirs in hopes that no one is watching.
