This serves 2 + bays and am working on a pigeon hole version on a terrace where it sits where access is from one side only. I had thought f subdividing a drawer like a tackle box and tossing each size in a bin.

I measured the drawer size, then cut a piece of pegboard to fit. Then supported the board, on some blocks, rough side up. Next I mixed some Epoxy, took some roofing nails, about 11/2 inches long, I coated epoxy under the head of the nail, and put one in each hole of the board. Let it set to dry. When dry, turn it over and lay it in the drawer. A nail point for each socket. Your mileage may vary.

Please post a picture! :)
I have the same set and would like to see how it looks and how much space it takes. Thanks!

I saw this in another thread and if I didn't already have HF trays, and or rails I'd probably be all over this:

Currently I use the cheap trays from Lowes until I can afford better (just starting out professionally). I like being able to see the sizes without looking on the socket and being able to grab the socket without having to pull them off of a rail or twist them off.

I have a couple of the Ernst locking rails and they are good quality but rails just aren't for me for working from a tool chest/cart. They work OK in a hand carried box.

I've got my eyes on the Westling machined aluminum trays to replace the Kobalt trays but that is down the road.

I bought the HD trays last week but more than half is empty therefore wasted drawer space and I'm not going to buy sockets just to fill it. I need a more compact solution, maybe those Hansen ones mentioned

I was going to post a pic of the tray, but embarrassed on how it looks lol

This solution also comes in other colors - black with red, blue with yellow and black with blue. You can print out a pdf that you can tape together to try it out. I just did this and put all my sockets on it to see how it works. I am not 100% pleased with how much room it takes up, but since I don't have a better solution I'll probably go with this. It costs $92 and ships free.

I havent seen anyone list these "lock a socket" sets yet. For years I've had a few single strips (actually craftsman branded if I remember correctly) and just recently came across the larger set that holds the various sizes. They're a bit pricey but I was fed up with the el cheapo chrome socket rails so figured I'd try something better. I'm a big fan.
