I found this guy in my dads stuff. Craftsman 1/2" Drive on either end..not sure what this is?

It turns a flex bar into a ratchet. By the looks of the text on it it is an oldie.

Thanks guys! I thought that, but I was stuck on why you would use it on a bar? I know what I use bars on and I don't think this would hold up. Never thought of the speed handle thing, now I know.
