I was going to say useless, but there are some uses. Looks very vintage, we need stamps and markings...

The only stamps on them are sizes. Like 9a 2a etc. that’s only on the hex. Nothing in the squares

That's a freaking cool old ratchet set. Its gotta be very old, like around the turn of the century. I have never seen a ratchet with square drives like that, very unique.
