Sockets and Combo Wrench sizes

Hi guys looking to fill some gaps in my socket set and wrenches. What do you guys suggest for sizes for a beginner like me.

Sockets start size through ?
Wrenches start size through ?

I own 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 inch drive sets

8mm to 19mm... 3/8" to 1". At least in 3/8 and 1/2 sizes.



If you need anything bigger for things like wheel hub nuts and other suspension mount stuff you can buy them separately. Theyre usually in the 30's mm sizes, or around 1-1/2.

I would add 4-14mm and 3/16-1/2 for the 1/4" drive

at home in the garage i seldom use anything larger than 13/16" or 19mm, unless it's for a axle nut on the truck, or crankshaft nut on my harley.

21mm is used on a lot of vehicles.
