it has a name on it, but its almost impossible to read it was hard to even make out the size readings. Either way the $1 price stands, on it.

This is a freebie ..... however the torque wrench does not seem to work. I tried to check it at 20lbs and it did not click. I have enough torque wrenches and have no desire to take this apart and fix it, so if someone wants to take it apart and play with it or just wants a LONG 3/8's ratchet w/ a bulky end, then be my guest. You will have to pay shipping on it, or pick it up.

Hi, I'm new here. I want the 15mm craftsman and the 17mm offset box sears.
That puts me at 5.50. cool?

If the torque wrench isn't claimed, I'd like it. I'd like to try and repair it.
