Socketsystems ?

Hi all new member here .
I'm wanting to build a 30' wide clearspan garage no posts .
I was looking at the SocketSystems Lumber Link system and I see where some of you folks have used them in the past .
Every time I try to call them all I get is the same answering machine saying that the mail box is full.
No one and I mean no one ever answers the phone on any of their phone numbers.
I've sent a couple of emails too! no response .
Are they out of buisiness?
Does anybody know anything about them maybe someone has taken it over with a different name ?

And just for my reference can anyone who's built anything with their hardware ,tell me what they spent on the hardware system from Socket Systems ?

I found this in my email from 2010 when I bought mine, I haven't tried to contact him since. Hope this helps.. AS for cost I think it was around 2600 for the frame kits 30x40 takes 6 frame kits

I gave up on them I just bought my own 8x6x 3/16 tube to make my own about half the price freight included

I have tried and left messages to call back as I want to buy. Still no reply. His cell phone is not full so I know he is at least getting them. Because as much as I called it would have filled it up.

WOW!! He called me back. After 5-6 phone calls he called me back. I have to get some info to him then I should be able to order.

It took 7 days for him to call you back? The would cause me to question the level of customer service they provide. Imagine how quick he will be once he has your money.

It doesn’t sound like someone who is serious about his business.

And the product is aimed at someone who is not familiar with best building practices.

I can think of a number of better way to spend my money.

Two year old thread, question to someone with three posts and none in over a year..... Wouldn't hold my breathe on an answer.
