Ok, the handles are both red and black and flat on the backside but that's it for similiarities. The snap on 's black rubber is a different type, is thicker, longer, the flat side section is longer, and has less red plastic in it. The Gearwrench handle is narrower, the black rubber gets harder after exposure to chemicals, and has more red plastic in it. Pictured below is a Snap on FHLF80 and a 3/8 Gearwrench flex head with comfort grip. The Gearwrench was a whopping $28 and change from the recent Sears sale. I bought it as a spare since my other Gearwrench has about 4 years of hard use on it.
