Soft handle Duralast 1/4 drive flex head ratchet

I didnt like the handle on my duralast 1/4 drive flex head.I had a duralast screwdriver so I removed the blade and bored a hole for the ratchet handle to slide into.Much more comfortable now.

I basically sanded it down using an expander wheel and 36g sanding belts. It took about 30 min and a steady hand, but it was fun to do and did not cost much.


I did a few of them.

Hmmmmm may have to do that on the 3/8.I suppose I could do the same thing on my disc sander.I have a bigger duralast screwdriver that bought to use for the handle on the 3/8.
