Sold a box for the Snap On guy

I was on the Snap On truck Friday morning and he had a 90th Anniversary Epiq box. Nice box and I've been wanting an Epiq box but this wasn't the one for me. I told him what I wanted a month or 2 ago and he said he had to get rid of at least 1 box before he could order another one. I came to work Friday morning and basically sold the box for him. My co worker wanted the box. All the Snap On guy had to do was show up and Monday and my co worker took it. My co worker had very little desire for the box until I talked to him about it. I'm hoping my Snap On guy will throw me a bone when I buy my box, if he even orders it. I did all the leg work for him. All he had to do was show up.

Ok....... I am sure if you paid for the box he would order it........ I bet he hears everyday what someone wants in a box, but until you show him you are for real, he probably thinks you are all talk. Good Luck.

make sure the financing part is complete with him. snap on credit cash bank loan etc.
then that will ease his worries. If someone orders a box and does not take it, we are pretty much stuck with it unless another dealer will come and get it. you cannot return an item that size for under 500 bucks cash.
It has happened to me, but luckily someone bought it the very next day.

We'll see. I will talk to him again later in the week. I'm sure when we talk money, he'll throw me a bone. Might be a small one but that's better than nothing.

I've got friends that have gotten good deals on Snap On boxes for this very reason. The dealer needed to move them from his inventory so he made some killer deals on them.
