I believe it's a KR-637
All drawers, rollers, slides, and the lid works.
It has a key, but the lock doesn't seem to be connected to anything.
It's 19 tall 18 deep 34 wide.
Could use a paint job, but it’s still a tank of a tool box. A little elbow grease and some Safety Red Rust Oleum, and you would have a great looking box.
