Without getting into anything "exotic" can you buy plywood that has a solid core ? Plugs are okay, just no voids !!

It sounds like Baltic birch will be your best bet, but what are you trying to do with it? What are your plans? Thickness needed? Weight requiremnets? Etc. You might consider 3/4” MDO product, but again depends on plans, parameters.

Baltic Birch would be my recommendation but keep in mind its price has gone crazy with supply limitations since it's mostly a product of Russia (at least what we typically buy in the US). For domestic sources, Europly from Colombia Forest Products and ApplePly from States Industries are void free but even more expensive than Baltic birch.

Exterior and interior wall sheathing for an RV. Probably 1/4".

No big box stores near me carry Baltic Birch. Menards has Birch, but I don't trust their brands (the marine plywood they sell on!y uses exterior rated glue !)

Check professional lumber yards and suppliers. Intermountain Wood Products carries Baltic Birch near me and primarily sells to pro's but has no issues selling to retail. If you have any woodworking stores like Rockler check them as well but prices will likely be higher

Whereas I can't vouch for being void-free, 1/4" Lauan plywood, is regularly used for small boat building. As a kid we used it for building skiffs and one of my neighbors used it to build a little tear-drop travel trailer.
