Solid verses stranded wire in conduit

dependents on the number of turns he have and the size of the conduit and the number of wire in the conduit. maybe OP have 50x 90deg turns on his 12ft pull. But stranded is easier to pull than solid when you have more 90 deg elbows in the run and especially when you are cramping more wires in the conduit. But for 12' straight pull , just work with what you got.

If he has 50x 90* bends, he's going to have fun! Solid may not pull in half as easily.

If a short run has the maximum allowed number of 90 degree bends, 4, BTW, it will not be easy any way you look at it.
