When did Snap-on start making these with the fake Carbon Fiber cover? My Snap-on guy said they were only available at the Vegas show this year. Either way, it comes pre-loaded with 9.4 and I like the looks a lot more than the plain red version.

Reminds me of the "demo" black MT2500s that appear on eBay every now and then.

From what I have seen, the Vegas show was the only place it was available to order. The color of the case is the only difference.

Thanks for the info. I have been looking at these for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger on it. Liked the looks of this one and said what the hell.

What's sad is that when I got on the truck, all I only wanted was a 36" pry bar....

I need help.
