I joined a couple of years ago when I was getting ready to build my shop. I ended up with a 20' x 48' metal pole building because that was what I could build within the county's parameters. It's working out to be a great place to work on my project car although it's hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
It's way better than trying to do a frame off in a two car garage.
I call my place the Some Assembly Required shop since my car was totally disassembled.
