I would find out what he is asking first and go from there. It is easily worth $300-$500. (Assuming most of the flex sockets and sockets are Snap on). Anything below $250 would be a pretty good deal.

Be sure to ask for the gage head for the compression tester. Let us all know how you make out. I hope you get to put it all in your OWN toolbox. Even at $200 you will be in for the BIG **** award.

Just make sure you get "last look" on the deal. You don't want to loose to someone who offers a little bit more.

I'm with BWP, $300 to $500. I'd start at $200 or $250 and see what he says. I think you could double your money at $400 piecing it out.
