Cold you kidn,Today it was 80 out.And yes i screwed the checker plate to the wall.The insulation works great warm in the winter & cool in the summer months

Too Clean! Maple ridge? I'm from Chilliwack. Wish I could check this out in person.

I do like the idea of the Bathroom and TV. You could totally avoid a wife for a very long time in such a place.
