Just a few of the things I have worked on in the last few years

Built a sheet metal 9 inch houysing for my T-Bird and for a friends Camaro
Designed in Solidworks, the program will save a file as a jpg

I am in the fortunate position of my business having a CNC milling machine so made a billet front cover for my 428 engine

We do build to print and design and build packaging machinery at my business. This is a machine for bagging produce in 5-10 lb bags, will do 30 5 lb'ers a minute. I do the mechanical design, my partner does the elctrical and PLC programming.

I did not notice your location when I posted. Was it there early this morning? If so I did not even take notice.

What is the advantage to the sheet metal rear end?

Almost none, they are a little stiffer though gusseting a stocker will do the same. Somewhat lighter but only a few lbs.
I live in serious rust country so good cores are hard to find and there is the look of a fabbed housing.

Biggest thing was "because I could" and I enjoyed hell out of making it. :bounce::bounce:
