^^^^+1, been there done that. the way i handle it is i take a pad and pen and start some where and go through the whole mess, everything. then ya write up a estimate. 9 times outa 10 they wont call back. oh ya, the same 9 outa 10 ppl will have a over priced vehicle parked in their drive.
