Hi All,

Can anyone tell me about the KR292A - bearing or sliders for drawer, etc?

I am looking for a PDF Snap-On catalog circa 1990. Would anyone have one to share?

Thanks

Ray

Call Snappy customer service direct.
I have had great luck with them and they were more than happy to send PDF's via email to me.
Not to start another issue (we'll see!) but they warranted slides for me on a bunch of boxes.

Thanks, I will call them.

I lucked into KR1000A, KR1100, KR1010 boxes last year. Snapon replaced most slides, all 4 casters, I got all new Accuslide stops... It's remarkable that they support stuff that is nearly 30 years old... It does seem up to the discretion of the dealer though, and I was lucky as I did it through a shop...

The KR292A is the side mate to a KR657A roll cab, KR647 drawer section, and KR637 top chest.

The catalog doesn't say whether the KR292A has ball bearing slides, but it does say the KR657A and KR637 do.

eBay will have that catalog from time to time. Be prepared to spend about $20 for it.

If it's a 1990 KR 292, I'm betting they're ball bearing slides. Mine is a 1986 and it's friction slides.
