Some sort of garage lube pump?

This is rusting away at a junkyard near me. Is it an old lube pump? Is it sellable?
Its about 5' tall and looks relatively decent under all the layers of paint. Very cool old emblems on it.

I am going back tomorrow to see what they want for it. It would be a slick way to hide a 20 gal upright air compressor.

Yes, but you would need to be sure that the compressor had enough air to breath and the pump was able to cool itself. A small space like that could choke the intake and trap the heat from the pump, causing the pump and motor to overheat.

Some nice heavy duty caster wheels under it, I would buy those along with the square cabinet.
